Dielle, a business coach, speaker, and event host for women of color (WOC) coaches, is inspiring thousands with her message that earning more money is deeply rooted in self-love and self-forgiveness.
In a powerful video shared online, Dielle reflected on her own journey, revealing that she once earned just $2,500 a month working as a social worker before building her own multiple seven-figure company.
She disclosed that her success did not come from being hard on herself or forcing her way forward — it came from healing the parts of herself she once didn’t like.
“I had to do that by loving the parts of myself that I hated,” Dielle said.
She explained that she had to battle feelings of inadequacy tied to her finances, including carrying six figures of student loan debt and believing she was “bad with money.”
For years, negative self-talk kept her stuck in her nine-to-five job.
“I was constantly saying, ‘Oh, you don’t know how to budget. You always spend your money.’ And no wonder I wasn’t making any more money. I wasn’t growing my business,” she shared.
The turning point came when Dielle decided to forgive herself for her financial mistakes. She began to affirm her intelligence, capabilities, and the value of her services.
“It wasn’t until I forgave myself for getting into debt that I actually started to make more money and pay off the debt,” she said.
Her message is clear: shame cycles do not foster growth. Instead, Dielle encourages others to “activate their higher self” by prioritizing self-love first.
As more women, particularly women of color, look to entrepreneurship for financial empowerment and independence, Dielle’s message brings hope.
Her story demonstrates the transformative power of mindset work and emotional healing.
