Would YOU allow it? Cardi B is sharing her views on female bestie relationships with men while promoting her upcoming album, “Am I The Drama?”, in New York City.

The Bronx rapper expressed that she wouldn’t mind if her boyfriend had a female best friend, and reactions from the internet were plentiful.

When asked about her comfort level with her partner having a girl bestie, Cardi was quick to respond. She said, “Yes, because sometimes you need advice from a female. So when you f—k up, a female is gonna tell you the truth of where you f—ked up when me and him have issues.”

However, not everyone agreed with her perspective. One user on X commented, “Female besties for a male is a concept for cheaters and/or feminine men… typically raised in single-mother homes because they’re just repeating what they saw. Ok bye.” Another added, “I agree, she’s either going to tell him when/how he F’d up, or she’s going to F him. Either way, it’s a win-win because you’ll know exactly where he stands afterwards lol.”

On the flip side, some fans supported her stance. One chimed in, “I respect that a lot, ’cause when the wife pisses you off, you need someone to talk sense into you.”

This back-and-forth has made for a lively, entertaining debate.

In the middle of this album promo whirlwind, Cardi has been making her presence felt all over NYC. At a pop-up in Washington Heights, she even climbed atop a black SUV to get the crowd hyped, showcasing her famous twerking skills while dressed in a gray sweater and blue skirt, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of Summer Jam.

Cardi B also took to the subway, where she was seen in baggy sweatpants and a hoodie, selling her CDs and vinyl like an old-school hustler. She brought smiles and laughter to passengers as she tried to connect with her fans.
