A new book by one of the nation’s biggest PR gurus is making waves after its release earlier this week.

Lauren Wesley Wilson’s What Do You Need? How Women of Color Can Take Ownership of Their Careers to Accelerate Their Path to Success, unveils the unspoken guidelines imperative for women of color to navigate triumphantly in professional settings. Leveraging her personal career journey, Lauren unveils the essential strategies required to ascend to executive positions.

According to its description, the book was meant for any woman of color aiming to flourish in corporate environments and advocates dedicated to fostering inclusivity for all, serving as an indispensable guide, illuminating the path to comprehending, endorsing, and emboldening women of color in their professional trajectories.
