Nicki Minaj’s fiery online rants have now reached the halls of Congress! In a surprising turn of events, United States Representative Anna Paulina Luna has publicly vowed to help Nicki Minaj after alarming comments made by TDE’s MackWop during a livestream.

The internet may treat rap beef like a sport, but Nicki Minaj isn’t playing games, especially when it comes to threats on her life. And now, even Congress is paying attention.

Florida Representative Anna Paulina Luna has stepped into the mix after Nicki Minaj reached out to her regarding a disturbing comment made by TDE affiliate MackWop. During a livestream, MackWop seemingly referenced the Tory Lanez stabbing and warned Nicki to “relax before you get put in the blender like your boy did,” a line that instantly raised red flags with fans and Nicki herself.

Instead of brushing it off as rap banter, Nicki went full-on protective mode. She tagged the FBI, CIA, and Homeland Security, demanding they investigate what she believed to be a threat on her life. And to make sure the powers that be were watching, she also looped in Rep. Luna, who wasted no time responding.
“Can confirm, I spoke with @NICKIMINAJ directly and will be doing everything we can to ensure her safety,” Luna wrote. “We take threats of violence and assassination very seriously.”

According to the congresswoman, she views MackWop’s comment not only as a serious concern but also as part of a larger pattern of “unchecked corruption within certain aspects of the rap industry.”

Nicki, who has been vocal about her issues with Jay-Z, Roc Nation, and TDE, took MackWop’s “blender” comment as a potential confession to something sinister. “Which boy was put in a blender?” she asked on X (formerly Twitter). Many fans believe the “boy” in question was Drake, and the reference points to his recent lyrical battle and personal drama with Kendrick Lamar.

“Please text my cell, I will forward this to law enforcement immediately,” Luna told Nicki after the rapper shared screenshots of MackWop’s livestream comments. “Threats of violence and assassination should be taken very seriously. Hope you’re ok, we’ll talk soon.”
