The NFL is making Christmas extra special this year by granting Beyoncé an extended halftime show during the Houston Texans’ home game against the Baltimore Ravens. On December 25, the global icon will take the stage for 20 minutes—a rare exception to the usual 12-15 minute halftime duration.

As reported by TMZ, the league is going all out for the global icon, who is expected to deliver an unforgettable performance during the Christmas Day game. Although the typical halftime interval lasts for 25 minutes, it appears that Beyoncé will dominate most of that time, solidifying her status as one of the most celebrated artists in NFL halftime history.

Netflix, set to stream the NFL game for the first time, dropped a thrilling teaser featuring Beyoncé, who dazzles in a stunning outfit while playfully “lighting” a festive cactus Christmas tree with a finger gun on Wednesday.

Last month, the “Texas Hold ‘Em” singer revealed that she would take the stage for the halftime show during the game between the Houston Texans and the Baltimore Ravens, which will be streamed live on Netflix on Wednesday, December 25. During her performance, she will showcase songs from her country-inspired album “Cowboy Carter” for the first time live.

The NFL is rolling out the red carpet for a spectacular performance that promises to be the highlight of the holiday festivities.

While the setlist is still shrouded in mystery, fans can’t help but speculate wildly about what she’ll unleash. Will we hear a mashup of “Single Ladies” with some jingle bells? Or perhaps a soulful rendition of “All I Want for Christmas” that’ll leave us all in tears? With Beyoncé’s incredible stage presence and knack for turning every performance into a grand event, we can expect a dazzling blend of festive cheer and classic anthems.
