Porsha Williams wants a judge to make sure that she can keep all her assets after warning her soon-to-be ex-husband, Simon Guobadia, to destroy any evidence.
Porsha Williams has filed another legal complaint against her husband, Guobadia, requesting him to protect financial records during their divorce proceedings.
News of the RHOA star’s separation from her husband came as a shock to many. Seemingly out of nowhere, Porsha filed for divorce from Simon Guobadia after just fifteen months of marriage.
In recently filed court paperwork, the 42-year-old requested the prenuptial agreement they signed before their November 2022 wedding be enforced.
She also warned Simon Guobadia “not to destroy, conceal, or alter” any information regarding his finances in the legal petition.
According to the court documents, the 59-year-old Nigerian businessman must spare “financial records or statements; all income records; all tax records; all expense records; all recordings or evidence reflecting relevant conduct by either party” or risk being sanctioned.
Simon Guobadia was officially notified in the filing that under Georgia law. He was ordered to “exercise reasonable care to protect and preserve evidence relevant” to the case, including financial records, income records, tax records, expense records, and any document “reflecting relevant conduct” by him or Williams.
Shortly after news of their divorce went viral, Simon Guobadia had a message for all who care about his soon-to-expire marriage.
The Nigerian businessman shared a short, powerful message on his Instagram stories. “Will stop loving my wife when the divorce is final,” he wrote.
Simon Guobadia also seems very unbothered as he shared plans to purchase another luxury vehicle.
“Thinking of getting my first electric automobile, the Rolls Royce Spectre 2024 – the first of its kind. What you’ll think…should I purchase one?” he captured himself at the dealership on social media.
