California rapper Saweetie has partner up with McDonald’s for the newest rollout of its celebrity collaboration meals.
The “Saweetie Meal” will go on sale in the U.S. on Aug. 9.
The meal includes a Big Mac, four-piece Chicken McNuggets, medium fries, a medium Sprite, and BBQ sauce “Saweetie’ N Sour.”
Saweetie unique food concoctions have often gone viral. We’ve seen the “ICY GRL” rapper churn out Hidden Valley Ranch–topped spaghetti, a Flamin’ Hot Cheetos pizza, as well as raw oysters topped with powdered ramen noodle seasoning.
The meal will be served up in “icy new packaging inspired by her own style,” available to order in restaurants, via the drive-thru, with McDelivery, and on the McDonald’s app.
Saweetie’s celebrity meal follows rapper Travis Scott, Colombian singer J Balvin and most recently, Korean pop group BTS.
“McDonald’s and I run deep – from growing up back in Hayward, California, all through my college days – so I had to bring my icy gang in on my all-time favorites,” Saweetie said in a statement per USA Today. “Depending on the mood I’m in, there are so many ways to enjoy my order.”
Saweetie sat down with Entertainment Tonight, where she weighed in on her fan’s reactions to her non-traditional meals.
“I really don’t think my concoctions are crazy until I post them and then the internet goes crazy. I’m just like, this is so regular to me,” she told the outlet, adding that Hot Cheetos on pizza, “That’s middle school days.”
The rapper credits her childhood spent growing up in the Bay Area as the reason for her distinct taste in food. “The Bay Area is such a melting pot. You have Asian food and off rip, you have Filipino food, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese food. And then you have Spanish food. And then of course you have soul food,” she told Thrillist.
