Viola Davis is showing the world exactly what 60 looks like, and it’s nothing short of fabulous.
The Oscar-winning actress celebrated her milestone birthday with a sunny getaway in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and she shared some stunning photos and videos from the trip on her Instagram.
In a carousel post, Davis gave fans a glimpse into her fabulous celebration. The first photo shows her enjoying a dip in the pool with the sun beaming on her face, while another image shows the words “Happy B-Day” in gold and white balloons along with the number 60. She also showed off footage of her brunch before posting a video of her loved ones singing to her as she was presented with a birthday cake topped with strawberries and sparklers.
Davis reflected on her birthday in the caption, writing, “Best-kept secret? 60 is fabulous! I couldn’t feel any more blessed or loved.” She continued, “Sixty years of love, lessons, and living with my whole heart. I’m so grateful for every single birthday wish, for the incredible people I get to share this life with, and for the unforgettable moments created at @suncabovacations.”

The Woman King actress also debuted a striking hair transformation as she rang in her 60th birthday, flaunting her natural curls, which were dyed to a rich red hue. She paired the vibrant hairdo with a complementary orange one-piece bathing suit. She accessorized the beachy look with a pair of gold hoop earrings.
