Halle Bailey and DDG have put aside their differences for the sake of their son, Halo, as they recently reached a custody agreement. The couple, who share a 22-month-old son, have decided to drop the domestic violence restraining orders they had filed against each other, a significant step towards amicability, as reported by E! News.

This development marks a new chapter for Halle, 25, and DDG, whose real name is Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., following their breakup in October 2024 after more than two years together. The court documents reveal that, while they have agreed to dismiss the restraining orders currently in place, they still retain the right to raise their previous allegations should any future incidents occur.

In a well-thought-out custody arrangement, it was established that Halle will have primary physical custody of Halo. DDG will be able to see his son on Wednesdays and certain weekends. The duo also laid out a holiday custody schedule, ensuring both parents have meaningful time with their little one.

An essential part of their agreement is that neither Halle nor DDG can share images or information about Halo on social media. They have also committed to maintaining a positive attitude towards each other, refraining from disparaging comments in public or around their son.

This agreement follows Halle being temporarily granted sole physical and legal custody of Halo back in May, along with a domestic violence restraining order against DDG after she accused him of several instances of abuse. It’s heartening to see them making progress towards co-parenting and providing a stable environment for their child.
