Drew Sidora is facing a major legal setback in her ongoing divorce from Ralph Pittman, after a Georgia judge denied her request to remain in their shared home, upholding an earlier order that requires her to move out by the end of May.

The ruling stems from the couple’s divorce case, which began in March 2023. Since their split, both Drew and Ralph Pittman have continued living in the same Georgia property, with Ralph residing in the basement while Drew remained in the main living space. That arrangement now has a firm deadline after the court initially ordered Sidora to vacate the home by May 31.

In a recent hearing, Drew asked the court to reconsider the decision, arguing that she had not secured a new place to live and did not have the financial resources to relocate within the given timeframe. According to court filings, she told the judge that being forced to leave could result in her becoming homeless, along with her 14-year-old son, Josiah, from a previous relationship. She also shares two younger children, Machai and Aniya, with Ralph.

Drew further stated in court documents that Ralph earns significantly more than she does and claimed that while he had initially agreed to joint physical custody of their children, he later sought primary custody during court proceedings.

Despite her arguments, the judge declined to reverse the earlier decision, leaving the original order in place and requiring Sidora to vacate the residence as scheduled. The denial of her motion means she must now prepare to leave the home within weeks, even as the divorce proceedings remain ongoing and unresolved.
