Ari Lennox, real name Courtney Shanade Salter, is again feuding with Joe Budden. And this time, the R&B singer is hurling some very serious accusations!
This comes after he trivialized her bad experience on Rod Waves’ tour.
Earlier this year, Ari Lennox opened up about her unhappy time on tour with Rod Wave. The singer claimed she was “never comfortable” on the road with the rapper, saying that the rapper’s crowd was not her “vibe”.
“I started trying to communicate with the audience, and then I realized they were getting angry at me affirming them. You’re getting angry that I’m affirming you? This is not my crowd. And it’ll never be. And that’s alright,” she recounted in a vulnerable Instagram Live.
Joe Budden also went on his podcast to share his views about the Ari Lennox- Rod Wave situation.
According to Budden, Lennox should have shared her grievances with management instead of openly criticizing someone’s concert.
And this isn’t the first time the podcaster has openly come for the singer.
He took it upon himself to comment on Ari Lennox’s response to a Twitter troll who claimed she looked like “a rottweiler”. Joe Budden called the Washington, D.C. singer “insecure” for not condoning disrespect on X.
Ari Lennox responded to Joe Budden’s recent criticism with full ”fire’ while threatening legal action against him.
“I don’t know what Joe Budden’s obsession is with me, but what I will say is that somebody needs to talk to him to stop touching them dogs. Can y’all let him know that? Tell him to stop touching them dogs.
“He will never acknowledge the truth. I can’t just talk to my people without him becoming psychotic. I should literally just drop 20 f*cking K to sue him,” Lennox fume.
She also alleged that Joe Budden is a “failure” and a “bully” who loves to oppose everybody, especially women.
