The Grammy-winning rapper made a surprise appearance in Diggs’ new YouTube vlog titled “Mental Reset”, which dropped Tuesday and documents the football player’s life, training sessions, and offseason grind. But fans didn’t miss the subtle scene where Cardi is seen working out alongside her rumored boo, and now social media is trying to figure out what it all really means.
In the clip, Cardi can be spotted mid-rep, getting her upper body workout in while Diggs trains nearby. It’s a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment, but one that’s loud enough to spark major conversation online, especially since it comes just days after Cardi wiped all traces of Diggs from her Instagram.
So, was this workout cameo a “we’re still solid” soft launch? Or just an old clip dropped at the perfect (or messy) time?
