Chloe Bailey is coming clean about a sex scene she shared with Snowfall actor Damson Idris, stating that she lacked experience which made her nervous to perform.

In the highly-anticipated series Swarm, co-created and produced by Donald Glover, the 24-year-old Atlanta native shared that when she first read the script she thought “this is insane.”

When I first read the script I was like, ‘Oh, this is insane.’ I was very scared because I haven’t had that many partners,” the singer Do It singer told Deadline. “I’m not like that, that sexual and open. Damson made it very comfortable, you know, there were limited people on set.”

She further revealed that Idris, who is currently dating social media influencer Lori Harvey, would crack jokes to ease the tension. “We were making a joke out of it,” she said, adding her cast members and staff did everything they could to make her feel at ease.

“I have to give a lot of kudos to him as a man for making me as a woman feel comfortable literally being raw and naked,” she dished.

Swarm is an intimate portrayal of an obsessed, Houston-based fan who goes to violent lengths to attract her favorite R&B singer and features Michael Jackson’s daughter, Paris, as Hailey, and Dominique Fishback as the show’s lead star.

“What I think is really special about the show is that when people actually get to watch it from the surface, that’s what it seems like it’s about,” Bailey said in a Screen Rant interview. “But it’s really a show about mental health, and a story of sisters, and what happens when one doesn’t have the other; the lengths that she goes to honor her sister and to protect her and to fight for her. That’s what this show really is about, and that’s what truly drew me to it. Because mental health is a serious thing, and it’s real. We all have our different ways of expressing ourselves, and Dre does [in an] interesting, demented way. But her heart has good intentions.”

The highly awaited series officially premiered at SXSW last Friday and will be available on Amazon Prime this Friday.
