GloRilla has hit back at critics who have accused her label of oversexualizing her image. The “Tomorrow 2” hitmaker is making it clear that when it comes to her body and image, she’s in control!

GloRilla is asserting her independence in the ongoing debate over hypersexualization among the next generation of female rappers. Earlier this year, she spoke out about her breast augmentation, saying, “These [are] just a lil’ fill-in.” They’re not too outrageous.”

The concern began after fans noticed a change in GloRilla’s appearance and style, prompting some to wonder if her label influenced her new image.

A couple of weeks ago, GloRilla was seen rapping topless to “Mama,” a song that she’s on with Rob49 and Skilla Baby. She received a lot of backlash for the video, with some accusing her label, CMG, owned by Yo Gotti, of oversexualizing to appeal to a larger, more mainstream audience.

The “Yeah Glo!” rapper took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to vent about what she sees as society’s fixation on sex appeal.

On Wednesday (Aug. 28) night, during an Instagram Live, she to shut down the gossip.

The Memphis native explained, “Let me tell you b*ches something: Y’all had so much to say because I was dancing to my song and holding my titties. Don’t worry about what me and my titties are doing. Bch, I bought them.”

She continued, “The label ain’t making me do s**t,” expressing frustration with those who assume external pressures influence her actions. GloRilla clarified, “Everything I do, I [actually want] to do it. Y’all just [have] to learn to mind your business sometimes!”

GloRilla then explained why she embraced her sex appeal, showcasing sultry looks on social media.

“It ain’t about no label making me do sh*t,” she asserted. “It’s about me looking for some hoes.”
