Sharon Plamer sends a stern message to Sarunas Jackson, “…he knew his brother was abusive.”
On Thursday, November 9, 2023, Keke Palmer petitioned for full custody of her 8-month-old son with her ex-boyfriend, Darius Jackson. The actress alleged that Jackson repeatedly abused her during their relationship, which made her fear for his life.
She described the 29-year-old fitness instructor as “volatile and dangerous”, while filing for a temporary restraining and domestic violence restraining order.
When the news went viral, Saruna Jackson, Darius Jackson’s elder brother, retorted in a tweet. He wrote, “The most disgusting, vile, abusive, manipulative person. Abuses almost everyone. Y’all will see. Just send positive energy to the babies. Any child in the middle of something like this does not deserve it AT ALL. Wow. So damn sad.”
Although he did not mention Keke Palmer’s name, her mother, Sharon Palmer, would have none of the name-calling and accusations.
The matriarch recorded a message to the Jackson brothers while revealing that her daughter had been abused for almost two years.
“Look, I’ve never done anything like this. I’ve been in this business for 22 years. I’ve done a lot of stuff, but this is… I can’t help myself.
“For Sarunas Jackson to post on his Twitter the ridiculous stuff he’s posting when he knew his brother was abusive. I went to Sarunas’s over a year ago and told him that his brother was abusive to my daughter, ” Sharon Palmer paused her rant.
Keke Palmer disclosed that after she drew Sarunas’ attention to the situation between her daughter and his brother, he confessed to being an abuser too.
Sharon added, “And he said, ‘Well, I used to be like that too.’ So now he’s posting on Twitter like he’s this special guy. When we know he is the biggest f**k boy in Hollywood. He’s disrespectful to women.
“He taught his little brother how to be abusive. So he doesn’t get to act like he’s this special guy. No, you’re a f**k boy, and you’re part of the problem.”
Fans saw cracks in Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson’s relationship when he publicly dragged her on Twitter over a revealing outfit she wore in July 2023.
While many thought that that was the end of their relationship, Keke revealed in court documents that they officially broke up a month after that incident.
