Look for cleansers with hydrating ingredients like glycerin or ceramides to keep skin balanced from the first step.

For nighttime, retinoids remain the gold standard for smoothing fine lines and encouraging cell turnover. Moisturizing is non-negotiable. As skin matures, it naturally loses moisture and elasticity, making rich, nourishing creams essential. UV exposure contributes to fine lines, uneven texture, and stubborn dark spots. Broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher should be worn every day, yes, even indoors or on cloudy days. Finally, consistency and lifestyle matter just as much as products. Quality sleep, stress management, hydration, and a nutrient-rich diet all influence how skin ages.
