The ‘RHOP’ Season 6 Taglines Are Out

by Shine My Crown Staff

Season six of “Real Housewives of Potomac” is around the corner, and the taglines for the show’s opening have been released online.

And let’s just say that the upcoming season looks to be a complete shadefest.

Housewives Gizelle Bryant, Robyn Dixon, Ashley Darby, Candiace Dillard Bassett, Dr. Wendy Osefo, and Karen Huger will all be returning. New Housewife Mia Thornton seems to be fitting in already.

“The secret to this pretty face is staying in the shade,” says Gizelle, possibly one of the shadiest members of the group.

“If you want to pop off, I’ll be happy to get you adjusted,” says Mia, promising drama.

Robyn Dixon’s tagline is obviously in reference to her romance with her ex-husband, Juan Dixon. For the past five seasons, the couple has been keeping fans on the edge of their seats with their “will they, won’t they” back and forth. “I may keep you waiting, but trust me, I’m worth it.”

Spoilers let us know that the pair are engaged.

Ashley Darby is another cast member accused of being unnecessarily messy. “The only thing messier than two boys is me,” she gloats.

She could be right.

“My blessings are many, and my patience is none,” says Candiace Dillard.

Dr. Wendy Osefo’s tagline, of course, makes references to her academic achievements. “This professor doesn’t just grade on the curve; she sets the curve,’ she says.

While the grand dame, Karen Huger, is stamped with a brand of superiority we’ve come to love. “The grande dame can never be duplicated, imitated, or intimidated.”

In the season six trailer, we see Dr. Wendy is having marital issues, and Gizelle is still struggling to move on from her failed romance with her ex-husband, Pastor Jamal Bryant.

The Real Housewives of Potomac premieres Sunday, July 11 at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
