A Georgia TikToker faces felony charges after disturbing videos surfaced online showing her dancing provocatively on top of disabled men.

Social media fame has backfired for one TikTok user after a shocking viral video landed her in serious legal trouble with one felony count of exploitation of a disabled person.

Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, a 19-year-old from Loganville, has been arrested and charged with felony exploitation after disturbing videos surfaced online. The clips, which quickly went viral, allegedly show Koiyan gyrating and twerking on two disabled men—an act that has sparked outrage across the internet.

The video reportedly recorded and shared by Koiyan, shows her donning scrubs and a stethoscope while dancing in a suggestive manner over the person sitting down.

Authorities reported receiving a tip regarding a video involving 19-year-old Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan. She was taken into custody on January 23.

Even though the videos have now been removed, at least one of them gained significant popularity, as stated in a press release from the Loganville Police Department.

“On January 23, 2025, the Loganville Police Department was made aware of a ‘viral’ video posted to social media depicting a female dancing in a provocative manner above a disabled person.”

“When I watched it, disgusted is the only word I know,” Police Chief Dick Lowry said to local outlet WSB. “He is disabled, and then making the video and posting it to social media for your own benefit is the exploitation of that person.”

In reaction to the criticism, Koiyan shared a video asserting that the individual whose head she was dancing on seemed “very aware and comfortable” to her.

She faced a felony charge for exploiting a person with disabilities (in violation of OCGA 15-5-102). After being booked, she was detained at the Walton County Jail.

Authorities have reportedly confirmed that the individuals involved are safe and in no danger. Investigators suspect that Koiyan is involved with an in-home adult daycare program; however, it remains uncertain if she holds a license and whether there could be more victims.

Koiyan continues to be held in Walton County Jail, and officials are assessing the possibility of additional victims being involved.
