Woman Claiming to Be Kim Porter’s Niece Sues Diddy for Wrongful Termination

An unidentified woman is suing rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs for wrongful termination, and in retaliation, the producer is demanding the woman reveal her name in court, according to documents obtained by RadarOnline.

The woman, who goes by Jane Roe, claims to be the niece of the late Kim Porter, who was Diddy’s former girlfriend and mother to three of his seven children.

Court documents show that the Harlem music mogul does not believe the case should proceed until she reveals her identity. Earlier this year, the woman filed a surprise lawsuit against Mr. Combs and added Britney Spears’ former management company, Tri Star Sports as co-defendants in the lawsuit.

The woman claims the 53-year-old Mo Money Mo Problems star wrongfully terminated her after requesting to take maternity leave. Before her alleged abrupt firing, she served as a full-time nanny to Diddy and Kim’s twinsJessie Jamesand D’Lila, after Porter’s untimely death in 2018.

Court documents reveal Diddy asked the woman to live at his home one day after Porter’s death and was responsible “for the twins’ 24/7 care.”

Two years later, Roe got pregnant. She says Diddy became “infuriated” and fired her.

She further claims the team of the REVOLT founder fired her because she conceived a child out of wedlock and thought it would set a “bad example” for Jessie and D’Lila.

A Diddy representative said in a statement that the lawsuit is a “meritless shakedown to extort money from Mr. Combs.” His legal team also states that she is falsely claiming she is the niece of Porter and is named Raven “who Mr. Combs kept on the job back in 2018 to provide continuity for the twins following the untimely death of their mother. Mr. Combs graciously permitted Raven to live in his home with her son and treated them like family.”

The statement continues: “Her babysitting services were always intended to be temporary especially since the girls were getting older and spending most of the day at school. In fact, Raven’s transition out of her role was planned and agreed to by her long before she even mentioned that she was pregnant. Mr. Combs will take swift and immediate action to protect his family against these false claims.”

Roe is demanding an unspecified amount in damages.

The judge has yet to rule on whether Diddy’s request for Roe to reveal her real name will be granted.
