‘90 Day Fiancé’ Star Announces She Miscarried After Long-Awaited Wish to Become Pregnant

by Xara Aziz

It was one of the most heartwarming moments when 90 Day Fiancé reality star Shaeeda Sween left her former life in Trinidad and Tobago to be with Bilal Hazziez, who lived in Kansas City, but the couple is currently in a state of grief after Shaeeda, who was pregnant with Bilal’s child, has suffered a miscarriage.

The couple shared with the world that they wanted to go “half on a baby” after Bilal got down on one knee and proposed in front of cameras and cast members – but instead of asking for her hand in marriage, he asked, Will you have my baby?”

He then proceeded to hold up a baby onesie that had written on the front “If you think I’m cute, you should see my mommy.”

Shaeeda was touched by the gesture and agreed on the spot. The couple would attempt to conceive immediately after.

On February 3, Shaeeda posted on Instagram a video of her in a form-fitting dress with the caption: “Pretty girls walk like this! Beautiful Friday evening! My video man always does an amazing job.”

One fan noticed that she didn’t appear pregnant and commented, “I was looking haaaaard for a bump.”

In a reply, Shaeeda wrote, “I lost the bump,” adding the broken heart emoji.

Audiences first fell in love with the couple when they were open to share their journey about having children. Bilal, who is a 43-year-old father of two children with another woman, was unsure he wanted more kids, but Shaeeda, 38, was adamant to start a family. He would eventually promise to have children with her, but because she wasn’t 100% sure he was serious, she asked that a clause be put in their pre-nuptial agreement about them conceiving before she turned 40.

Months later, the couple would attend a fertility clinic that told the pair she was clear to have babies, but then Shaeeda began to doubt whether he would be a good father. It appeared she decided to have a baby with him anyway, which has unfortunately led to a miscarriage, according to her.

We send our heartfelt condolences to Shaeeda and Bilal during this trying time.
