Minnesota Lynx guard Natisha Hiedeman learned the hard way that Chicago Sky rookie sensation Angel Reese comes with a luxury tax when she attempted to take a shot during a viral livestream moment.
In a now-viral moment that had the internet in stitches, Hiedeman was seen playfully trying to make a move on Chicago Sky sensation Angel Reese and getting rejected in the most elegant, bougie way possible.
The interaction took place courtside during the WNBA All-Star weekend’s StudBudz 72-hour Twitch livestream, hosted by Hiedeman and her Lynx teammate, Courtney Williams. The duo has made waves for their off-court chemistry and hilarious banter, but this time the spotlight was on Natisha’s flirt game and whether it was enough to win over the “Bayou Barbie” herself.
In the clip, Natisha leans over to Angel and asks:
“Oh, you want a bag? You want a Chanel bag? A Birkin?”
Without missing a beat, Angel confidently replies:
“Yeah.”
That’s when Hiedeman throws her hands up and admits defeat (for now):
“I knew you weren’t cheap. I can’t afford you.”
Angel, ever the queen of composure, claps back effortlessly:
“That’s why you’re not for me.”
As Angel walks away like the baddie she is, Hiedeman isn’t ready to give up that easily. She turns to the camera and playfully tells the audience,
“See y’all heard it.”
Then she calls out:
“Hey, Angel! Angel… Not yet!”

The stream also captured moments from the orange carpet, where nearly all the players were featured, and the first party of the weekend, attended by All-Stars like Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston, and, of course, Angel Reese. Amidst all the All-Star festivities, Natisha Hiedeman flirting with Angel Reese was the cutest thing to happen in the entire live stream.
Speaking of Angel Reese, her All-Star selection this season was almost in jeopardy after she didn’t receive enough votes during the first fan voting returns. However, she was rightfully named in the All-Star reserves team when the league announced the full roster last month. During the All-Star draft on July 8th, captains Caitlin Clark and Napheesa Collier chose their teammates from the roster, and Reese proudly ended up on Collier’s side.
