Authorities in Florida are asking for urgent public assistance after two teenage sisters were reported missing from their Clay County home.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) confirmed that 16-year-old Tyra Lively and her 14-year-old sister Tatianna Lively were last seen Monday night, Sept. 22, at their residence on Nolan Road in Middleburg.
Investigators now believe the sisters may have been picked up by a friend and taken to an unknown area in Jacksonville.

🚨 Last Known Details
- Tyra was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and dark brown slides.
- Tatianna was last seen wearing a beige Hello Kitty shirt, black sweatpants, and black slides.
Since their disappearance, no confirmed sightings or communications from the girls have been reported, leaving family and officials increasingly concerned.
“These are children — teenagers — who have vanished from their own home,” CCSO said in a release, urging the public not to dismiss the case as a runaway situation but to treat it with urgency.
📞 How to Help
Anyone with information on Tyra and Tatianna’s whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately or contact Detective Drury with CCSO at 904-264-6512. Anonymous tips may also be submitted through the SaferWatch app.
The Sheriff’s Office is also appealing to the Jacksonville community, where the girls may have been taken, to be on alert for any potential sightings.
