Singer Alicia Keys and music producer Swizz Beatz are facing serious public accusations after Jahna Sebastian, the mother of Swizz Beatz’s daughter, shared a series of claims on social media regarding the well-being of their teenage child.
The allegations, which quickly circulated online, center on Jahna’s concerns about the environment her daughter experienced while spending time with her father and stepmother in the United States.
Jahna, who shares a 17-year-old daughter named Nicole with Swizz Beatz, posted multiple messages on Instagram describing what she believes happened during the teenager’s visits with the couple. According to Jahna, Nicole was exposed to vaping and drugs while staying with her father and Alicia Keys during the holidays in the United States.
In her posts, Jahna said she does not believe the behavior she has observed in her daughter is typical teenage experimentation. She wrote that Nicole “got addicted to drugs and vapes in the U.S. while in their care on holidays,” adding that she believes the situation has contributed to changes in the teenager’s behavior. Jahna said she is trying to prevent what she described as further harm to her daughter.
Jahna also explained that she had attempted to address the issue privately with Swizz Beatz before taking her concerns public. She claimed the two had a lengthy conversation that lasted approximately nine hours, during which she tried to explain what she believes is happening with their daughter. According to Jahna, the discussion did not lead to any resolution or change.
In additional posts, Jahna alleged that when Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys speak with Nicole, they portray her as the antagonist in the situation. She wrote that their conversations with the teenager make her appear like a villain in her daughter’s eyes.
Jahna said she ultimately decided to speak publicly about the situation because she believes her daughter may be at risk if the circumstances continue. In one emotional comparison, she referenced the 2015 death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of Whitney Houston, who died after being found unconscious in a bathtub.
The claims have generated significant discussion online, with social media users reacting to the accusations and debating the issue.
As of now, neither Swizz Beatz nor Alicia Keys has issued a public response to the allegations made by Jahna.
