Mother of Justin Combs, Misa Hylton, shared footage of the raid at Diddy’s home, condemning the “overtly” use of “militarized force” on her son and his half-brother, Christian Combs.
The renowned fashion designer shared an edited video of home surveillance footage showing officials executing their search warrant on her ex-boyfriend, Diddy’s, Los Angeles home on March 25.
Misa Hylton took to Instagram on Tuesday to criticize Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the federal agency that took charge of the raid, stating that the agency’s use of force was an “attempt to humiliate and terrorize” her son, Justin Combs, and Christian “King” Combs, whom Diddy had with the late Kim Porter.
“The overzealous and overtly militarized force used against my sons Justin and Christian is deplorable. If these were the sons of a non-Black celebrity, they would not have been handled with the same aggression. The attempt to humiliate and terrorize these innocent young BLACK MEN is despicable!” the worried mother expressed her displeasure.
Ms. Hylton continued to describe how brutal force was used to subdue 30-year-old Justin and 26-year-old Christian. She questioned whether Justin needed “several laser beams from firearms pointed at his chest.” And if Christian needed “a gun pointed at the back of his head while he was handcuffed.”
On Monday, March 25, Homeland Security agents raided Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ properties as part of a sex trafficking investigation. US officials confirmed the exercise in Sean’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami have been raided by law enforcement officers due to an ongoing sex trafficking probe.
The footage shows two heavily armored vehicles pulling up outside the Los Angeles home and several heavily armed agents getting out.
Inside the house, they can be seen using drones to sweep the area with guns drawn. The footage shows Justin and Christian being approached by troops and handcuffed.
In her post, Misa Hylton revealed that she had retained a lawyer who is “investigating the excessive use of force, which was unnecessary and certainly not required by this search warrant.”
