Guinness World Records Rejects Content Creator’s Controversial ‘100 Men in a Day’ Attempt

by Gee NY

Guinness World Records (GWR) has firmly rejected a proposal by Nigerian content creator Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi, widely known as Mandy Kiss, who claimed she planned to “sleep with 100 men in a single day.”

The would-be record attempt, which Mandy Kiss announced on Instagram, quickly drew widespread backlash and ridicule online. She even circulated a flier featuring the Guinness World Records logo, stating the event would take place in Ikorodu, a Lagos suburb, on Oct. 30, though no official venue was disclosed.

In response, GWR issued a clear statement distancing itself from the attempt: “This is not a record we monitor.”

Backlash Online

Mandy Kiss, who refers to herself as the “President of Olosho,” is no stranger to controversy, often sparking debate with her outspoken and provocative lifestyle choices. But this announcement struck a new nerve across Nigerian social media, where many expressed disbelief and anger at the nature of the proposal.

While some dismissed the plan as a publicity stunt, others criticized her for misusing the Guinness World Records brand to promote an attempt that the organization has now publicly disavowed.

“Just wondering how she’s going to pick the 100 men.. Will there be some kind of application? Asking for a friend,” one person commented on X.

Guinness World Records Stands Firm

The rejection underscores Guinness World Records’ long-standing guidelines, which exclude certain categories from recognition — particularly those involving sexually explicit content, dangerous stunts, or activities deemed inappropriate for public record-keeping.

For Mandy Kiss, the fallout from the failed bid has only added to her notoriety.

What was intended as a bold headline-making attempt has instead become a cautionary tale about the limits of viral fame.
