Fifty-six-year-old Halle Berry has no time for it from what it appears in a recent Instagram post.
On Saturday, the mother of two posted an image of her sipping on a glass of wine while standing nude as the sun kisses her skin on an elevated patio.
Most fans flooded the comments to praise the Catwoman star for her confidence to bear it all, but others had some choice words for the iconic Hollywood actress.
One commenter, in particular, got Berry’s attention. “Imagine being in your 50s, and still posting nudes for attention in menopause when you should be chilling with the grandkids. Aging with dignity is no longer a thing,” the commenter wrote underneath the image.
To which the Ohio star responded, “Did you guys know the heart of a shrimp is located in its head?” she quote-tweeted.
She further edited her original caption to say: “I do what i wanna do. Happy Saturday,” while adding the red kissing lips emoji.
It then became a field day in the comments with fans applauding Berry for the clap back. The conversation then spilled over to Black Twitter, where people did not hold back on how they really felt about her comment.
“You won the internet today with this clap back,” one fan wrote.
“Halle Berry is easily the most enjoyable and unproblematic celeb Twitter account. Sis is just out here bein fine as hell, enjoying life, loving her man, and shooting the shit with her fans. Imagine how miserable one has to be to find a problem with that,” wrote another.
“Imagine being in your 50s and still being one of the hottest women on the planet,” someone else chimed in.
Another weighed in: “Tell him, sis. Keep doing you ’cause we are here for it and happy to see you living your best life.”
“I found this inspiring,” shared another. “It’s healthy to go outside and be natural. Keep it up. I’ll be doing it when I’m 80!”
The Monster’s Ball actress has never shied away from social media to relive her ups and downs – literally. Most recent and notably, a video she shared of her falling on her face during an event.
“Sometimes you bust you’re a*s,” she wrote in the caption to a video of her tripping and falling as she walked up a set of stairs.
“My dear friend @ShillaHekmatPiano invited me to speak at her charity event celebrating a wonderful organization called @LookingBeyondLA that raises money for children with special needs … then that happened!!! I face-planted,” Berry explained. “Children are worth it!”
