Jada Pinkett Smith’s most recent Red Table Talk has broken the record for the most views in 24 hours ever for a Facebook Watch episode.
In that short time, the episode racked up more than 15 million views.
Jada spoke candidly about her alleged relationship with r&b singer, August Alsina.
Both Jada and her husband Will Smith made it clear that they were separated at the time of her relationship with Alsina.
“We decided that we were going to separate for a period of time and you go figure out how to make yourself happy and I’ll figure out how to make myself happy,” Will stated.
Jada continued, “From there, as time went on, I got into a different kind of entanglement with August.”
Jada says that she learned a lot from the separation and her subsequent relationship with Alsina.
“Through that particular journey, I learned so much about myself and was able to really confront a lot of emotional immaturity, emotional insecurity and I was really able to do some really deep healing,” Jada said. “And as I came through and started to realize certain things about you and I, he decided to break all communication with me which was totally understandable.”
She also defended Alsina’s Involvement, saying, “I think he also wanted to make it clear that he’s not a homewrecker, which he’s not.”
Smith and Pinkett Smith tied the knot in 1997 after meeting on the set of the popular 1990s sitcom, “The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air.”
They concluded the record-breaking discussion with, “We ride together, we die together. Bad marriage for life,” while fist-bumping.
