A judge has reportedly denied Sarunas Jackson’s request for a restraining order against Keke Palmer.

According to multiple results, a judge in California has denied Sarunas Jackson’s request for a temporary restraining order against the actress.

Sarunas Jackson, the brother of Keke Palmer’s baby daddy, Darius Jackson, alleged the actress and her mother, Sharon Palmer, were harassing him.

According to court documents Sarunas Jackson filed, he needed protection from Keke Palmer and Saron Palmer. He also extended the request to cover his parents and brother – but not Darius Jackson.

He claimed that Keke Palmer made false statements against him, including a sexual abuse allegation. Sarunas Jackson shared that he and his family have been receiving death threats because of the things the actress said.

He shared that there are emails that prove that Keke Palmer said falsehood against him.

HBO’s “Insecure” actor claimed that Sharon Palmer threatened his family, which he has recorded audio proof.

“She threatened to put a bullet in my brother’s head and said to me and my family, ‘We don’t know who we are dealing with.’ She also threatened to have us raped,” Sarunas Jackson stated.

A judge has issued legal action on the filed a request for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against Keke Palmer. The court documents allege that the actress was the “primary aggressor” during their interactions.

In denying the request, the judge cited “insufficient evidence” that Keke Palmer could cause “irreparable harm” to Sarunas.

According to Radar Online, the court will not make a decision on the requested restraining order until after a court hearing on Wednesday (Feb. 7).

The situation has now been placed in the hands of an L.A. County Court judge.
