Nicole Lynn Makes History As Sole Female Agent Representing First-Round Picks In 2025 NFL Draft

by Gee NY

Nicole Lynn, president of Football Operations at Klutch Sports Group, made history during the 2025 NFL Draft by being the only female agent representing players selected in the first round.

Her clients—Tyler Booker, Malaki Starks, and Jihaad Campbell—were all chosen among the top 32 picks, underscoring her influential role in the league.

Tyler Booker, an offensive guard from Alabama, was selected by the Dallas Cowboys and subsequently signed a four-year, $22.5 million contract, including $13 million guaranteed.

Malaki Starks, a safety from the University of Georgia, was picked 27th overall by the Baltimore Ravens.

Jihaad Campbell, a linebacker also from Alabama, was chosen 31st overall by the Philadelphia Eagles.

Lynn’s representation of these first-round picks adds to her trailblazing career. She previously made headlines by negotiating a record-breaking $255 million contract for Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, making her the first Black woman to represent a player in the Super Bowl.

Lynn’s continued success challenges the male-dominated landscape of NFL sports agents and paves the way for greater diversity in sports representation.
