Memphis rapper GloRilla, tired of the noise and the narratives, decided to directly address her sister’s accusations this week.
GloRilla brought her parents on a Facebook Live stream for support. The move was a direct response to the viral accusations leveled by her sister, Victoria Woods, who claims the Grammy-nominated artist has left her family struggling while she lives in luxury.
Victoria, known professionally as ScarFace Woods, painted a picture of neglect in videos that spread across social media. She claimed their mother was still clocking in at FedEx in Memphis while GloRilla’s friends cruised in Jaguars. The allegations were severe, even telling TMZ she was once so abandoned she “almost ate roaches.” According to her, GloRilla was obligated to share her wealth with the rest of the family.
GloRilla listened for days, then on Monday she hit live. With her parents seated beside her, the “FNF” hitmaker addressed the issue. “I ain’t gone talk about half the stuff you did, just leave it alone,” Glo stated. She addressed her sister directly through the camera. “You doing you right now, keep doing you, [but] keep my family out of it, [and] keep me out of it…My people [that] I f—k wit, they straight.”
“That Woods family ain’t none of y’all g–damn business. Victoria needs her motherf—kin ass whopped. Whatever happens in the Woods family, good or bad, ain’t none of y’all concern. I’m not appreciating what Victoria is doing to my family name,” her father added.
Her mother also suggested Victoria’s perspective came from a place of personal frustration. “She didn’t know we were working at first, and when I couldn’t give her the money, that made her think I was struggling.”
Victoria fired back on Instagram Stories, of course, claiming her parents were “lying for GloRilla.”
