REVEALED: Source Dishes Details About Beyoncé’s Strict Rules For Anyone Who Wants to Work For Her

Little has been said about the highly-anticipated RENAISSANCE tour Beyoncé is gearing up for in 2023, but according to sources, the I’m That Girl entertainer is getting her team in Formation.

According to The Sun, the mother of three has implemented a strict no alcohol or drugs policy for anyone who wants to work for her while on tour.

“Bey knows the new performances will require intense choreography and precision, so everyone has to be clean and sober. There won’t be any crazy partying on the road either,” a source told The Sun.

She has also requested that all workers on tour are screened and checked for possible past incidents of harassment or assault following the #MeToo movement.

“She is [sic] carrying out #MeToo checks with the dancers, band and crew with hopes doing so will make the tour a safe and friendly work environment.”

The source continued: “As touring can be mentally grueling, her new team will also have access to mental-health support while on the road. She knows people are happiest when they know their well-being is fulfilled and wants to use what she has learned in the business to lead by example.”

Bey’s team has yet to release tour dates, but the source says she is considering up-and-coming girl group Flo to open for her during her tour. The group recently won the 2023 Brits Rising Star Award. Other speculators suggest she may hire Tems and rapper Bree Runway to open for her.

The former Destiny’s Child singer broadcast the news of her tour during the Where Art Can Occur’s (WACO) fifth annual Wearable Art Gala in October and it was revealed that it was set to include “national and international destinations.”

During the event, organizers initiated an auction for two tickets to the tour. The auction, starting at $20,000, included first-class plane tickets, a three-night hotel stay and a guided backstage tour from Beyoncé’s mom and our auntie, Ms. Tina. Video from the event shows that bids started at $50,000. The winner has not been revealed, but sources say the package was auctioned off at $150,000.

Founded in 2017 by Richard and Tina Knowles Lawson, the WACO Theater Center serves as a cultural institution providing contemporary performing and visual arts of the African Diaspora. Beyoncé currently serves as the charity event’s honorary co-chair and has supported the event in previous years. In 2020, she won the organization’s Humanitarian Award.

“Thank you to the most incredible woman, my mother,” She taught me that there’s something more valuable than any dollar amount, and that’s time,” she said while accepting the award. “Time to put someone else first. Time to change the trajectory of a child, of a village, of a community, and time to tell another person that you matter to me, you matter to the world and that your contributions are important.”
