Women Linked to Compton Slapping Incident With Chrisean Rock Involved in Near-Fatal Car Crash: ‘I Can’t Move My Left Leg’

Women believed to have been involved in a recent altercation with U.S. reality television personality Chrisean Rock in Compton have reportedly been involved in a serious car accident that left at least one person with a fractured spine, according to widely shared social media posts.

Entertainment blogs Hollywood Unlocked, WorldStar, and independent creator @madchilltv circulated videos and claims indicating that the women, who were previously accused of slapping and attacking Chrisean Rock at a public event, were later involved in a violent vehicle crash described as “near-fatal.”

In one video now circulating online, a woman wearing a neck brace and lying on what appears to be a hospital bed is heard describing the aftermath of the crash.

“We just crashed… we flipped over… we are alive but I can’t move my left leg and my hip,” she said, adding that doctors were awaiting test results on her spine.

While the identity of the injured individuals has not been officially confirmed, multiple social media posts link them to the earlier confrontation involving Chrisean Rock, also known as Blueface’s partner and the mother of his child.

The accident follows a widely publicised incident at the Compton Christmas Parade, where Chrisean Rock was caught on video being slapped during a dispute that reportedly began after she questioned why she was being filmed and briefly grabbed a woman’s phone.

Footage of the confrontation showed a chaotic scuffle involving several women, sparking speculation about possible gang affiliations—claims that have not been verified by authorities.

At the time, no arrests or serious injuries were officially reported, and both Chrisean Rock and the women involved later downplayed the severity of the fight in separate social media posts.

As of now, there has been no confirmation from law enforcement regarding the cause of the car accident, the condition of those involved, or whether the incident is being investigated beyond routine traffic procedures.
