Award-winning Nigerian singer Tems has captured the hearts of many with her latest kind gesture to a young boy in New York.
Tems’s golden heart shone brightly after her dazzling performance on ‘The Tonight Show’ with Jimmy Fallon. On the famous show, the singer gave a thrilling live performance of her brand-new singles, “Love Me, Jeje” and “Born In The Wild.”
With her live band and supporting vocalists all dressed in black sports jackets and matching suit trousers, the atmosphere was electric. Tems, a vision in a glossy vanilla-white bodysuit that hugged her curves, stood out against the backdrop of an amber sunset.
On the mellow track, she sings, “Under the sun, struggling to find my focus/ When I was young, younger than my mind, I was always running away.”
In the video that just surfaced online, the “Free Mind” singer saw Creed B Good performing on Tuesday, May 21, while she was strolling around Times Square in Manhattan, New York. Tems showered him with cash, and the young boy responded by hugging Tems.
Creed B returned for a bigger bag when he realized Tems had given him a $100 bill.
After the video was reposted on a media blog online, young Creed B sent a short message to the Grammy-winner.
“Thank you, @temsbaby Y. You were so warm and cozy. I love your song “I won’t wait for you” it’s. It’s so good! Also, I’m NOT going to spend the $100. I’m going to frame it until we meet again when I’m big like you and pass it to another kid with big dreams 🤞🏾❤️🧧🍀 #ghettodreams,” he wrote.
Fans also thronged to the comment section to appreciate Tem’s kind gesture.

Tems officially announced in early May that her June Born in the Wild premiere would take place. Shortly after the project is completed, she will embark on the Born in the Wild World Tour, accompanied by Lekan and Naomi Sharon of OVO.
