Now that Hailey and her boyfriend DDG have dropped the secretiveness, the couple is sharing wholesome content about their precious one with their fans.
The Disney actress welcomed her first baby, a son named Halo, in December, and DDG became a baby daddy.
After DDG’s new YouTube channel featuring content about his young family and his new role as a father, Halle Bailey posted a video from her underwater maternity photoshoot on Instagram.
This is the first time the ‘Color Purple’ actress has shown moments from her pregnancy journey.
In the video of the underwater photo shoot that Brandon Almengo did for her, Halle Bailey’s free-flowing dress and locks of hair swirled around her as she posed for various angles while submerged.
The video had a very ethereal look, lit with shades of blue and purple.
“🧜🏽♀️missing my belly already 💜but i obviously had to do underwater pics 😉,” she wrote in her caption.
Before sharing the bewitching underwater video, the actress shared her post-pregnancy body in a new picture for her Snapchat followers.
In the photo, the actress wore a nude bra and black shorts pulled up just below her belly button.
“So this is me rn, and I’ve letting my body heal haven’t really started working out yet, but I’ll show you my goal ❤️,” Bailey wrote across the photo.
Bailey and the rapper DDG have been in a relationship since January 2022. Before their baby confirmation, rumors had started swirling last year that the popular actress was pregnant.
Speculations were fuelled by Bailey wearing loose-fitting clothing and having what appeared to be a bump while avoiding angles that showed off her silhouette.
Halle Bailey introduced her baby to the world through Instagram earlier this year.
She captioned an Instagram post, “Welcome to the world, my Halo. The world is desperate to know you.”
