Stephany Andujar, a beauty queen, licensed esthetician, and model, is set to represent the U.S. Virgin Islands at the prestigious Miss Universe pageant in Mexico this November.
With her eyes on the crown, Andujar aims to bring home the first-ever Miss Universe title for her territory while also highlighting her deep connections to the Continental U.S. and her family’s roots in the Dominican Republic.
Andujar gained recognition after competing in the Miss Universe U.S. Virgin Islands pageant this August, marking her debut in the world of pageantry.
Since then, she has dedicated herself to advocacy work, promoting the culture and addressing issues faced by her home territory.
“Pageantry opens doors beyond a crown,” she noted, indicating her commitment to making a meaningful impact.
As part of her platform, Andujar is focused on ensuring that children in the Virgin Islands have access to creative outlets, fostering entrepreneurial opportunities in the arts.
She is proudly sponsored by the Virgin Islands Lottery and is actively seeking brand partnerships and sponsorships to further her mission and break barriers on her path to the crown.
Andujar is enthusiastic about showcasing her unique style on the Miss Universe stage, with plans to wear custom designs from talented creators around the world.
“I know no dream is impossible without God,” she said, attributing her journey to her faith. “It has brought me this far, and I trust God every step of the way.”
