Cardi B’s boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, has been confirmed as the father of a 6-month-old baby with Instagram model Aileen “Lord Gisselle” Lopera. This confirmation came after a paternity test confirmed that Diggs was the father.
The news went public following a statement from Lopera’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, who told Page Six, “The paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is the father of the child. Now that the child’s paternity has been established and Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter, my client hopes they can work toward being great parents to their child.”
However, while the paternity issue has been resolved, the legal matter is still ongoing. Arminak indicated that “the case will move forward if the parties are not able to resolve their issues themselves.”
Back in December 2024, Aileen Lopera, also known as Lord Gisselle, filed a paternity petition where she sought full legal and physical custody of the baby, limited visitation for Diggs, as well as coverage for pregnancy and birth-related expenses and legal fees. Baby Charliee was born in April, and despite Diggs initially questioning paternity, Lopera chose to give her daughter his last name.
This situation has developed during a challenging time, as Stefon Diggs, 31, is currently in a high-profile relationship with Cardi B, who is also expecting a child. Cardi has been candid about her pregnancy, sharing personal moments with her followers while managing the attention that comes with dating one of the NFL’s most well-known players.
Lord Gisselle, a Fashion Nova ambassador and established social media influencer, is now looking to prioritize co-parenting and stability. She has expressed her expectation that Diggs will fully contribute to their child’s upbringing and the expenses linked to her birth.
