Cardi B and Offset are facing new developments in their ongoing divorce, as a judge has reportedly denied Offset’s request for a DNA test involving Cardi B’s newborn son with Stefon Diggs.

According to court filings obtained by TMZ, Offset filed a petition on February 25 seeking to have Cardi B and Stefon Diggs’ child undergo DNA testing to confirm paternity. The judge denied that request. However, a separate petition filed by Offset requesting a DNA test for one of Cardi’s other children was approved.

The legal move adds another layer to the couple’s long and complicated history. Cardi B and Offset secretly married in 2017 and went through several public breakups and reconciliations over the years. Together, they share three children: Kulture, Wave, and Blossom.

In 2025, Cardi B moved on and began a relationship with Stefon Diggs. The two confirmed their romance publicly while attending a New York Knicks game and later welcomed a son together in November of that year.

As the divorce proceedings continue, Cardi B and Diggs have also drawn attention for their recent public appearances. Earlier this week, Diggs attended Cardi’s Little Miss Drama Tour stop in Washington, D.C., where he was seen in the crowd. His presence came just weeks after the two sparked speculation about their relationship when they unfollowed each other on Instagram.

The situation surrounding Offset has also extended beyond the courtroom. Reports indicate that he was recently involved in an incident near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, where he was reportedly shot. The incident is also said to have involved a confrontation with rapper Lil Tjay.

With legal filings, public appearances, and offstage incidents unfolding at the same time, the divorce between Cardi B and Offset continues to draw attention as new details emerge.
