The social media personality turned hot-topic Muslim queen recently went public with rapper Kevin Gates, confirming what fans had long been speculating after the two appeared together on DDG’s livestream.
Now, their budding relationship is giving the internet plenty to talk about. In a recent clip The Shade Room shared, Gates casually revealed that Brittany never checks his phone. When asked why, she shrugged and said, “I’m just minding my business.” Her follow-up was even spicier: “When you go looking for trouble, you’ll find it.”
That’s either deep trust or willful peacekeeping.
But their love story isn’t without drama. A woman named Persia stepped forward not too long ago, claiming she was still involved with Gates when Renner entered the picture. In a scathing video, she accused Renner of sliding in while she was “laid up” with the rapper. Persia didn’t hold back, either. She accused Gates of being manipulative, narcissistic, and two-faced. According to her, he told Renner she was “washed” and had lost her glow.
She also claimed Kevin called Brittany names and insisted they wouldn’t be intimate before marriage. Persia even alleged that Kevin’s team sent her threats after she went public.
As for Brittany, she’s staying zen, staying out of his texts, unbothered by the noise.

Despite the recent drama, Kevin and Brittany seem unfazed, at least publicly. Their connection actually goes way back, with Brittany getting a shout-out in Kevin’s 2022 track “Super General” and even appearing in his “Bad For Me” music video. So, while their official romance might be new, they’ve clearly been in each other’s orbit for a while.
