Cardi B has teamed up with Yahoo! Mail to introduce a new AI-powered feature designed to transform how users manage their inbox, marking the latest business move for the chart-topping rapper.

The Grammy-winning rapper is fronting the campaign for Yahoo! Mail’s newly launched Planner, a tool that converts emails into tasks, reminders, and calendar events.

The partnership centers on a campaign titled “Cardi B Busy,” which highlights the pressures of juggling multiple responsibilities. In the 45-second spot, Cardi is shown overwhelmed by a flood of Post-it notes, notifications, and competing demands, reflecting the pace of her daily life as an artist, entrepreneur, and mother. The scene shifts when her manager and creative director, Patientce Foster, steps in to introduce the Planner feature, organizing Cardi’s schedule into a streamlined view that includes reminders and key tasks.

The campaign introduces the term “FOMSI,” or Fear of Missing Something Important, positioning the new feature as a solution to the stress that comes with managing constant communication and deadlines. Planner uses artificial intelligence to scan incoming emails and extract important details such as appointments and due dates, presenting them in a centralized format designed to simplify daily planning.

Yahoo executives describe Cardi B as a natural fit for the campaign, pointing to her wide-ranging roles and demanding schedule. The feature is presented as a way to keep everything in one place, helping users stay organized without losing track of priorities.

The rollout also includes a new advertising feature called Sponsored Events, which allows brands to place timely reminders directly into the Planner interface. The first collaboration under this format features H&R Block, highlighting tax deadlines and filing reminders within users’ workflows.

Developed in partnership with Pasadena-based agency Conscious Minds and directed by Maya Table, the “Cardi B Busy” campaign will run across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, expanding its reach to a broad digital audience.
