The internet is buzzing after Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Gina Huynh, made a stunning declaration about the verdict of the music mogul’s trial.

In a surprising twist amid one of the most high-profile celebrity trials in recent memory, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Gina Huynh says she isn’t afraid if the Bad Boy mogul walks free.

TMZ caught up with Huynh outside a Whole Foods in Las Vegas just hours after the jury began deliberating in Diddy’s criminal case. When asked if she’d feel threatened should Diddy be acquitted, Gina’s answer was simple and, to some, stunning: “No. I mean, he never did anything dangerous to me. I’m not scared.”

That answer quickly raised eyebrows, considering Gina was previously named Victim No. 3 in the government’s indictment against Diddy. Federal prosecutors alleged she was a victim of sex trafficking and had initially tried to subpoena her to testify during the trial. However, she never took the stand. The prosecution later claimed they couldn’t reach her, while Diddy’s defense accused the government of not wanting her testimony.

But here’s where it gets complicated: Gina Huynh has a documented history of previously speaking out about abuse she allegedly endured while dating Diddy. In an interview from 2019, Gina claimed the music mogul assaulted her, stood on her chest, and caused her to miscarry. Those allegations painted a drastically different picture than the casual grocery store chat that’s now making headlines.

And while Gina now claims Diddy was never “dangerous,” testimonies from other witnesses in court suggested otherwise. Diddy’s exes, including Cassie and an anonymous “Jane,” both described violent outbursts and jealousy over Gina. One former assistant even claimed he witnessed Diddy throwing objects at Gina’s head during a heated argument.

Online, reactions have been mixed. Some fans believe Gina is attempting to distance herself from the ongoing media storm. Others think she may be under pressure: legally, emotionally, or otherwise. Whatever the reason, her latest statement is a dramatic departure from the past.

Meanwhile, Diddy’s legal fate still hangs in the balance. He faces several federal charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. If convicted, the 54-year-old could face life in prison.
