The drama between Erica Mena and Safaree Samuels is far from over, and a Chris Brown concert just added fuel to the fire.
Erica went on a fiery Instagram tirade after Safaree posted videos of himself living it up at Chris Brown’s “Breezy Bowl XX” tour opener in Miami.
The former Love & Hip Hop star lit up her Instagram Story this week after her ex-husband posted a video of himself singing his heart out at Chris Brown’s Breezy Bowl XX tour opener in Miami. In the now-viral clip, Safaree is seen vibing hard, even shedding a tear or two, while Brown serenades the crowd.
“The world’s poster boy deadbeat at the Chris Brown concert, shedding fake tears for yet another man,” she wrote in white text over a black screen. “Clown, ain’t you in court right now lying under oath about being broke just so you don’t have to lift a finger or a dollar for kids you don’t even see? Even your mother should be ashamed.”
While Safaree was jumping for joy in Miami, Erica was soaking up the sun somewhere overseas, reportedly in Greece, but even time zones couldn’t cool her off. According to her, the real issue isn’t the concert. It’s the performance he’s been giving in court.
Fans of the ex-couple know the two have been in a drawn-out battle over child support and visitation rights. Erica claims Safaree has been faking financial hardship to avoid paying for their children, all while still affording concert tickets and luxury fits.

Safaree hasn’t directly clapped back (yet), but his Instagram activity said plenty. Just hours after Erica’s rant, he dropped several posts promoting Fashion Nova, including one shady caption that read, “Ya couldn’t pay me to be miserable,” and another that said, “Not pressed but highly blessed.”
Of course, the internet had thoughts.
Some folks sided with Erica.
“How y’all telling her to let it go but not holding him accountable for not taking care of his kids?” one commenter asked. “She has every right to call him out.”
Others, though, weren’t trying to hear it.
“She needs to learn to shut up and just be BIG MAMA,” someone else wrote. “Ole girl always got something to say every time his name pops up somewhere. It’s okay to be a single mom in silence.”
Stay tuned.
