There will be no criminal investigation into the unfortunate passing of Jacky Oh! last June, authorities have said.
Miami Police Department has ruled that the death of the 32-year-old was accidental, and will not be pursuing a criminal investigation.
Authorities also say they will not be filing criminal charges against Zachary Okhah, the doctor who performed her cosmetic surgery on Jacky.
The former “Wild N Out” star was prescribed medications last May when she flew to Miami for cosmetic procedures.
She then came down with a headache and went back to the surgeon for a post-operative appointment. She also decided to get a massage to alleviate her pain and was advised to swap some of the pills she was taking.
Jacky’s headache worsened and she had difficulty speaking.
A family member then called 911 but Jacky was unresponsive before first responders arrived, and she was ultimately pronounced dead at a hospital.
The autopsy report noted Jacky had swelling in her brain and extensive bleeding of the skin around her torso.
