Corinne Foxx made her father, Jamie Foxx, a proud man as he walked her down the aisle to Joe Hooten.
The Oscar winner and his daughter were full of smiles as he walked her down the aisle at the Sept. 21 event, as captured in photos shared by wedding guest Garcelle Beauvais, which have since been deleted.
Corinne first hinted at her relationship with Hooten, a writer-director and TV executive for John Wells Productions, on Instagram in September 2019. She shared a photo of herself and her then-boyfriend posing with a horse at a stable.
In December 2023, Corinne announced their engagement via Instagram. She wrote, “From the first t”me I saw you, I knew you were my forever,” and shared a se”ies of black-and-white photos of the pair embracing and celebrating after Hooten proposed.
In the photos, Corinne showed off her stunning ring, which appeared to be a large solitaire emerald-cut diamond set on a thin diamond band.
Jamie Foxx reacted positively to the engagement news, posting a touching tribute to his daughter and future son-in-law on his own Instagram.
The wedding was an intimate affair, attended by close friends and family, including several of Jamie’s celebrityJamie’ss who were there to celebrate the couple’s big day.couple’sne and the 56-year-old Oscar winner performed an emotional father-daughter dance at her reception, 17 months after the latter’s near-dealatter’sience, which left him in a 20-day coma and unable to move.
Garcelle Beauvais, a member of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast, also posted pictures of Corinne exchanging vows with Joe at the ceremony and dancing with her dad at the reception.
Surrounded by family and friends, Corinne looked radiant in an ivory, floral, short-sleeved, off-the-shoulder, asymmetrical bridal gown, while Joe complemented her in a black tuxedo.
The bride also paired her gown with pointed pumps, a cathedral-length veil, and a bouquet of white roses.
