The holiday season has become quite complicated for Princess Love and Ray J. Just recently, a judge extended a no-contact restraining order against Ray, meaning he won’t be able to see his kids for Christmas or his son’s upcoming birthday.
On top of that, he must also surrender all his weapons. This ruling follows some serious allegations related to a troubling incident over Thanksgiving involving his estranged wife. During the hearing, Ray J didn’t enter a plea and is scheduled to return to court on January 2.
The tension escalated on November 27 when a livestream of Ray J’s interaction went viral. In the video, Princess Love accused him of allegedly brandishing a gun in front of her and their children during a heated argument. After this, the police stepped in, and Ray faced charges for making a criminal threat. He was later released on a $50,000 bail. Ray took to social media to express his concerns, claiming he felt uneasy about being left alone with the kids while Princess and her cousin were possibly under the influence.
Princess Love also spoke out, sharing her perspective on the situation. She explained that all she wanted was to prepare Thanksgiving dinner with her cousin while letting Ray spend time with their kids. However, she insisted that she needed to be there because of an earlier incident where the children found Ray in bed with another woman. Princess made it clear that Ray needs to own up to his actions and suggested he check into rehab. “Check yourself into rehab, because you’re more than drunk,” she urged in her videos. “You’re not about to sit here and make me look crazy when I am the best mother since the day my kids have been born. Everything I do, I do for my kids, including being around you when I don’t want to or have to.”
Fans are keeping a close eye on developments as this story continues to unfold, with Ray’s next court date approaching in early January.
