Due to this critical condition, Codi was born prematurely at just twenty-five weeks. The infant spent nearly ten months in the neonatal intensive care unit, battling against overwhelming odds before finally coming home earlier this month. The joy of having her baby home, however, was tragically short-lived, with Cori sharing the devastating news of Codi’s passing on January 31, just twenty days after bringing her home.
Cori, the youngest child and only daughter of cultural icon Snoop Dogg, shared a tragic update on Instagram Stories, posting a tender black-and-white photo of herself smiling while holding her daughter. She captioned the heartbreaking image simply, “Monday I lost the love of my life. My Codi.”
