In a very, very unexpected turn of events, Good Morning America anchor TJ Holmes has found himself in even hotter water after reports have alleged he was sleeping with one of his ABC staffers, a producer named Natasha Singh.
On Friday, Shine My Crown reported that the former BET host was engaged in a hot and steamy love affair with his co-anchor Amy Robach. But before then, there was Singh, who he was in a romance with in 2016, according to Page Six.
Several sources told Page Six that Holmes and Singh confided in Robach about their cheating.
“Amy was the person they went to talk to about their affair and marriages,” a source revealed.
But another insider claims this wasn’t the case. Instead, “she didn’t know about the affair until it was in its final stages. They told her about it right at the end.”
The cheating scandal between the two began while Singh worked in Los Angeles while Holmes was in New York, the report states.
At the time, the report continues, Holmes worked as a Good Morning America correspondent and they would hook up when he traveled to the West Coast.
Singh moved to New York in 2018 to work for CBS Mornings. It was then that the pair got closer. A source claims Holmes even had a key to the apartment of the producer, who is also a yoga teacher.
“She fell in love with him,” the source says.
Meanwhile, Holmes’ wife, Marilee Fiebig, found out about the affair in 2019 after discovering several emails, Page Six reports. His wife “never considered Amy because she was focused on Natasha. She never thought about [him cheating] with Amy because they were friends. Amy’s daughter was their daughter’s babysitter,” a source said.
Holmes eventually broke up with Singh so that he could work on his marriage. Enter Robach, who remained friends with Singh. Holmes’ wife would get angry because “she would see photos of them on Instagram and she didn’t understand how their friend and her husband’s co-host could remain friends with the woman who tried to break up their marriage,” another source said.
Over the summer, Fiebig became suspicious because her husband and Robach appeared to be “closer than colleagues.” Several sources told Page Six that the co-workers would have drinks and many “meetings” together. Up until August, Holmes and his wife were together and celebrated the TV personality’s birthday in the Bahamas. While on the trip, his wife found a birthday card from Robach that was “too personal” and “brought back the old Natasha drama. She couldn’t trust him anymore,” a source said.
