Money talks- and Cassie listens. Diddy’s lawyer says the settlement is not an admission of any wrongdoing!
Cassandra ” Cassie” Ventura has agreed to drop the federal lawsuit she filed on November 16, 2023, against her former boyfriend and music executive Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The R&B singer accused Diddy of sexual and physical abuse, which lasted for over a decade during their relationship.
According to the court documents that were obtained by the press, Diddy forced her to sleep with male prostitutes after she had sourced for them herself.
She added that the music mogul would sometimes record these sessions and masturbate to them.
Including being his sexual slave, Cassie detailed in the motion that Diddy supplied her with drugs, which she used to help her through the tortuous ordeals.
In addition, she disclosed that the rapper had an extremely violent episode where he would punch, beat, kick, and stomp her, leaving black eyes, bruises, and bleeding burst lips.
In a statement from Cassie and Diddy’s team issued on Friday, November 17, both parties have agreed to settle amicably.
Although details of the settlement are not yet public, Cassie had a message for her fans in a statement obtained by CNN.
“I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family, fans, and lawyers for their unwavering support,” she said.
After Cassie’s lawsuit, social media dug up an old video of Gina Huynh, also a former girlfriend of Diddy, accusing him of similar heinous things.
Gina said in an interview with Tasha K that Diddy stomped her in the stomach and offered her $50,000 to terminate their pregnancy.
According to Diddy’s lawyer, Ben Brafman, Diddy is ready to “wish Miss Ventura the best”.
“A decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing. Mr. Combs‘ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”
