In 2023, Latto said she hired a trainer to help “maintain” her BBL and liposuction.

The 24-year-old rapper “Big Energy” has been open about having plastic surgery and keeping the results intact while pursuing a rising career in the entertainment industry.

“I got a BBL in 2020. I also got 360 lipo. That’s on my stomach, back, sides, and whole torso,” she told Cosmopolitan. “But then you’ve got to maintain it. So I just hired a trainer.”

According to the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, a Brazilian butt lift is a procedure that “uses fat transfer techniques to achieve a fuller, rounder buttock contour.” Using a suction technique, liposuction is a procedure that removes fat and shapes various body parts, including the hips, waist, buttocks, arms, cheeks, neck, and more.

Recently, Big Latto was scrutinized after performing at the headlining set at the inaugural TwoGether Land Festival in Dallas on May 26.

A media blog, TheNeighbourhoodTalk, posted a video of the Queen of Da South shaking her ‘clappas’ at the crowd. At the same time, she performed hit after hit barefoot.

However, fans and followers had mixed reactions to the video, distracted by Latto’s new weight and bumpy, thick thighs.
Some allege that the changes in her physique are due to a “badly aging” BBL. Others pointed out that Latto on stage looks very different from the Latto in IG photos, prompting photoshop and editing accusations.

“These young girls gotta workout and stop modifying their bodies so early in life,” one wrote.

“for being 24, she looks 42,” another added.

Another fan wrote, “When you don’t allow your body to grow before you get a bbl.”

Soon after the reactions went viral, Latto uploaded photos from the festival with a shady caption to the haters.

“Happy weight 😻”

In 2022, Latto and Yung Miami discussed BBLs and relationships on “Caresha Please.”

The two reality stars agreed that women criticizing cosmetic surgery would “do it too” if “they had the money.”
