At just 20 years old, Bridget Mangwandi has achieved a historic milestone, becoming the first Black South African woman to win MasterChef South Africa and the youngest champion across all MasterChef franchises worldwide.

A culinary prodigy with a scientific edge, Mangwandi is pursuing a degree in Consumer Science specializing in Food Biochemistry at the University of the Free State.
