“This will be controversial, but I don’t care,” Simone began. “I’ve gotta get this off my chest and let y’all know I cannot go into 2025 with people who are still looking forward to their daily horoscope. I can’t do it. This war we are fighting, I need some intercessors. Y’all over here carrying around sage? Y’all still got rose quartz?”
The comedian admitted that she used to subscribe to such practices, even humorously recalling how she carried rose quartz in her bra, hoping it would help her find a husband.
“I get it,” she confessed. “I used to have the rose quartz in my bra like, ‘I’m gonna find me a man today.’ Like this rose, quartz will bring me my husband. I get it. I have been there.
